A Modern Black French Door Look with Added Lower-Panel Protection
This modern black iron French double door with kickplate is designed for exterior front entries that need a clean glass layout, wider access, and a more durable lower section for daily use. The divided glass panels bring natural light into the entry, while the kickplate adds visual weight and practical protection near the bottom of the doors.
Compared with a full-glass French door, this design feels more grounded and better suited for busy front entries where shoes, pets, packages, or daily foot traffic may come close to the lower panels. The matte black iron frame gives the door a modern yet classic look that works well with transitional, contemporary, and traditional homes.
Each door is made to order with options for size, finish color, glass type, swing direction, handle style, kickplate height, and thermal break upgrades. Free curbside delivery is available across the continental United States.
