For Bahamas or other Central American countries, we recommend you leave an American address then find a freight forwarder to safely transport your cargo to your address.

How Long Will I Receive My Door?

Production starts after the drawing is approved by you, and the standard lead time that the factory takes to build and deliver a product is about 14-16 weeks. Expedited shipping service is currently unavailable.

How Are The Doors Packed And Shipped?

We take extra precautions to inspect each iron door prior to shipment. All iron doors are packaged securely in a wooden crate that has been covered with multiple padding to ensure the protection of your door. We use ocean shipping and truck shipping. The final leg of your item will be delivered by a truck freight carrier.

When Will I Get The Tracking Number?

You will be contacted 5-7 days before the actual delivery date in order to set up and confirm delivery once we get the tracking number. The delivery information will be provided to you once your order shipped from Glory Iron Doors. Specific delivery time is based on your convenience. Make sure you have finalized the delivery address so that there will be no delays or issues in the delivery of your order. If the delivery address is inaccessible or invalid, customers need to pay the purchase order amount and the additional delivery charges.

What Should I Do When The Door Arrives Our Curbside?

Please inspect your freight before signing your proof of delivery as soon as you receive the package. If your package has been signed and we have not received any damage report within 3-5 business days upon receipt, we default that the goods arrive in good condition.

Notices:

  • Please remember that these are heavy doors that need 3-4 able-bodied persons to move them. It is the customer’s responsibility to bring the door to a place to store your iron doors. While the shipping company may be able to use the lift gate, it is against LTL Safety Guidelines for them to operate a lift gate if there is any overhang. Most of our products are longer than any standard liftgate, which is why you will need three able-bodied persons on-site to offload from inside the truck in the event that the driver does not feel comfortable operating the liftgate. Moreover, we will suggest you rent a forklift on-site to assist with the unloading.
  • We offer free shipping with no minimum shipping amount for all orders that are headed to any destination within the continental United States. No extra shipping or fee is required to pay for your order. It is important to note that customer does not have to pay any amount to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery or at any other time. Any and all payments made by the customer to the carrier company or its representatives, for any additional or existing services, will be at the customer's sole discretion and cost. You agree that Glory Iron Doors will not refund such payments under any circumstances.
  • The customer is responsible for inspecting all the elements of the shipped product and indicating any shortage or damage before signing on the freight company’s paperwork.
  • If the customer finds any concealed damage with the shipment after the driver leaves, they must contact the freight company to file a claim.
  • If there are items missing, you must indicate that on the paperwork and notify us immediately. We would need pictures and other indications of the missing parts in order for us to send a replacement.
  • If delivery restriction happens due to limited unload conditions like streets are too narrow/one-way/unfinished/on a hill, in any situation in which truck might be compromised to enter, customers have to pick up the unit from the carrier's terminal.
