Low-E coating is a smart choice
Low-E coatings help reduce heat transfer through the glass. They are separate from the glass texture or tint. Low-E glass has a transparent coating that may give the glass a slightly reflective appearance.
It helps reduce heat loss during the winter and minimize heat gain during the summer, improving the door’s overall energy efficiency.
