Glory Iron Doors provide you with service and quality that far exceeds your expectations, we can offer you the wholesale price, directly from our factory to you.

Our doors are 12-gauge steel, which is 29% thicker and heavier than many of our competitor doors. Our techniques allow us to precision build doors, resulting in doors that are visibly the best on the market. As part of maintenance of your door, any time you see exposed metal or an area of rust, this is an indication that water is reaching the metal and general touch up by the consumer may be necessary to protect the door.

All product finishes may age relative to exposure. The finish is warranted against rust, flaking, or peeling from normal wear and tear for a period of 3 years from date of delivery. Moving parts and welds are warranted for a period of ten years from date of delivery, excluding weather stripping, door sweep and door threshold.

The warranty shall be void if the product was damaged by contractors. Such warranty shall not be applicable to normal wear and tear (such as, but not limited to, door threshold, door sweep, weather stripping), elements of nature, natural disasters, strikes, acts of God, or other events beyond the control of Glory Iron Doors. We warrant the glass from fogging as a result of normal operation for a period of 1 year from date of delivery. Scratches on glass or door finish as a result of pets or foreign objects are not covered under our warranty.

For any of our doors not installed by Glory Iron Doors, we assume no responsibility or liability for any labor charges regarding installation, removal or re-installation of doors not done by our company.

Damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse or improper installation are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by paint, acid or other chemicals. This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the product if deemed defective, we assume no other liability.

All iron door products exposed to below-freezing climates may produce scale formation on the interior of the door. This is not considered to be a defect with the door and will not harm the door.

All products by Glory Iron Doors are considered “one of a kind” and may contain variations in color from any samples presented. Glory Iron Doors paint finishes will naturally age relative to exposure to natural elements and is therefore not covered by any warranty either implied or expressed. Due to frequency of use, in time, the finish may rub off in certain places. This however, for purpose of warranty is not considered a defect but a natural process that, over time, enhances the overall appearance and beauty of the metal. Damages or changes done to the doors brought on by frequent use or exposure to the elements is an organic process and not covered.

Glory Iron Doors are not cast, they are hand forged and individually finished in our factory. Minor differences in these products are normal and to be expected to achieve the “hand forged” one-of-a-kind look, so this will not be considered a defect.
