Ornate Scrollwork Framed in a Square Top Iron Door
This square top wrought iron double entry door is designed for homeowners who want a traditional iron front door with more decorative detail than a simple grid or plain glass design. ED295 features ornate scrollwork across both door panels, creating a handcrafted look that works well for front entries where the door is meant to be a focal point.
ED295 is a standard wrought iron entry door, not a thermal break model by default. It is best suited for covered front entries, traditional homes, Mediterranean-style exteriors, stone homes, stucco homes, and custom residential projects where decorative ironwork and a classic double-door layout are important.
ED295 can be customized by size, finish, glass type, handle style, jamb depth, swing direction, sidelights, transom, scrollwork pattern, and thermal break upgrade.
Who This Door Is Best For:
This door is best for homeowners who want a square top wrought iron double front door with ornate scrollwork, textured glass, and a warm traditional finish.
It works especially well for Mediterranean homes, Spanish-style homes, traditional residences, stone exteriors, stucco facades, and covered porch entries where a plain black iron door may feel too simple.
FAQ:
Can the scrollwork be simplified?
Yes. Since the door is custom made, the scrollwork pattern can be adjusted, simplified, or modified based on the approved drawing.
Does the square top design work with traditional homes?
Yes. The square frame keeps the overall shape clean, while the scrollwork adds enough detail for traditional, Mediterranean, stone, stucco, and estate-style homes.
What type of glass works best with this design?
Textured privacy glass, Aquatex, rainstorm, or frosted glass can work well with ED295 because they add privacy without hiding the decorative ironwork.
Where does ED295 work best?
ED295 works best for covered front entries, Mediterranean-style homes, traditional residences, stone exteriors, and projects that need a decorative double iron entry door.
