Absolutely. You can share the unit size with us and send sketches, drawings, or photos. Our team will give you the estimate and then create a detailed rendering for your approval.
2. How do I measure for my iron door?
The door sizes listed on our website refer to the complete door unit, including the jambs, threshold, and door slab(s).
For new construction, please ensure the rough opening is at least 1" wider and 1/2" taller than the door unit size for a proper installation. If you are replacing an existing door, please measure the brick-to-brick width and height first to determine your opening size.
For further details, pls refer to our size guide.
3. Do you offer installation?
We do not offer the installation service, but we will provide the installation guide. And we strongly recommend you find a local professional installer due to door weight and precision requirements.
4. What is Low E glass?
Low-E glass (short for low-emissivity glass) is an energy-efficient glass featuring a microscopic coating that helps regulate heat transfer. It does not alter the glass color, though under certain lighting conditions it may appear slightly reflective, similar to a soft mirror effect. We strongly recommend using Low-E glass with thermal break doors to achieve optimal energy performance.
5. Is there any warranty for my iron door?
We warrant our product to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship from the date of purchase.
3-year warranty on the frame, hinges, and other hardware.
2-year warranty on the finish. Finish flaking and peeling from the metal only.
Note: Since our products are handcrafted, small differences in the design and finish can occur. We do not consider product variances as defects.
Pls refer to our Warranty Policy to learn more.
