We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled before the order enters the production you will get a full refund.

If you request to cancel the order when the product is almost finished and it's too late to cancel, you would be charged a 50% restocking fee for canceling the order.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Our standard leadtime is 14-16 weeks from the drawing approval date. All our doors are handmade by our artisans, so it needs a reasonable long enough production time.

We do not provide installation, but all our pre-hung iron doors are easy to install and you can find a local contractor or builder for installation. We will send you the installation guide.

We warrant its product to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship from the date of purchase.

3-year warranty on the frame, hinges, and other hardware.

2-year warranty on the finish. Finish flaking and peeling from the metal only.

You can rest assured that your item will arrive in new and undamaged condition. All our doors are packed in wood crates, steel frames and industrial-strength extra-thick stretch wrap, which will protect them from accidental damage during transportation.

We have our doors shipped by appointed truck company. And once there is a tracking number, we will update to you. The truck company will contact you before the dispatching. You can also contact with them to arrange an appointment.

We offer curbside delivery(unloading personnel and forklift excluded).

It will require you to have a minimum of 3-4 able bodied persons on site to offload. And you may also need to rent a forklift to assist if the package is too heavy.
