Curbside delivery means the carrier will deliver to the edge of your property/driveway. The customer will be responsible for unloading the door from the truck, using 3–4 able-bodied people or equipment.

The door will be shipped via our partner trucking company. Once the tracking number is available, we will update you right away. The trucking company will contact you prior to delivery, and you may also reach out to them directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

You can rest assured that your item will arrive in new and undamaged condition. All our doors are packed in wood crates, steel frames and industrial-strength extra-thick stretch wrap, which will protect them from accidental damage during transportation.

We warrant our product to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship from the date of purchase.

3-year warranty on the frame, hinges, and other hardware.

2-year warranty on the finish. Finish flaking and peeling from the metal only.

Note: Since our products are handcrafted, small differences in the design and finish can occur. We do not consider product variances as defects.
